How to compare multi-store software costs

Compare like with like
Use the same branch and staff counts when comparing suppliers. Check transfers, reports, extra devices, imports and training. Identify charges outside the subscription and confirm taxes and payment currency where applicable.
Ask for the full annual total
Ask each provider to show the full annual total and the commitment. An effective monthly price is useful for comparison but does not describe the upfront payment.
