Terms of service

Draft for owner review. This document has not been approved or taken effect.

Review draft · 15 September 2026. The items at the end require confirmation before publication. This draft does not amend an existing customer agreement.

The service

Suite is provided by Copper Ledger LTD (RC 9819163). Store subscriptions cover the features and limits described on the pricing page. School and hospital trials require an agreed scope and guided setup.

Your account

Proposed account terms: provide accurate setup information, create an account only for an organisation you are authorised to represent, protect credentials and grant staff access appropriate to their work. Do not attempt to access another organisation’s records or interfere with the service.

Trial and payment

Every Suite product starts with a 14-day trial with no card required. Payment is required to continue after the trial. Published store plans offer monthly or annual bank-transfer payment. Annual effective monthly prices require the full annual payment. Larger groups, schools and hospitals receive a custom quote.

The approved agreement must state renewal, cancellation, refund, tax and price-change terms. Those terms have not been established in this draft.

Records and leaving Suite

Customers can contact [email protected] to arrange an export. The pricing page describes read-only account access after nonpayment. The agreement must establish the export process, retention period, deletion arrangements and any associated charges.

Support and service scope

Confirm the required features, devices, connectivity, onboarding and support arrangements before choosing a plan. Enterprise service levels and guided implementation arrangements must be recorded in the relevant agreement.
